• The Munster Mansion model is inspired by the TV sitcom The Munsters that ran from 1964 to 1966. 

• The house was built in 1946 for the filming of the comedy-drama movie ‘So Goes My Love’ and was constructed in the 2nd Empire Victorian architectural style.
• The Munster Mansion model is carved out on a sheet of premium-quality Baltic birch wood for durability and strength.

• It is available in about 1:24 scale and showcases excellent pattern and detail work, providing challenging fun for assembly. Will not come painted or assembled. Glue is required and not included. Paint is not included.

• Grass is not included with the Munster Mansion model.

Welcome to 1313 Mockingbird Lane. Home to your favorite monsters - The Munsters! This model is inspired by the widely popular TV sitcom, The Munsters, that ran from 1964 to 1966. The house, constructed in the 2nd Empire Victorian architectural style, was built on Stage 12 in 1946 for the filming of the comedy-drama movie ‘So Goes My Love’. It will be carved out on a sheet of premium-quality Baltic birch wood to ensure excellent durability and strength. Showcasing an excellent pattern with some extraordinary detail work, the Munster Mansion will surely provide challenging fun. This amazing dollhouse is available in about 1:24 scale for added practicality. You can even assemble it with your loved ones to spend some quality time with them. A sense of accomplishment will come when it is finished!

Handling time does not include shipping time. We do not guarantee the arrival time/date of any item and will not be held liable for any delays in delivery caused by freight handling. If you need your item by a certain date, you MUST message me with the date you need your product by to ensure delivery on by that date.

Since our products are handmade, we do not accept returns. If you need to return an item, you must contact us for approval. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If your refund is approved, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
